Guess what.

My BODYLINE skirt is here!

*mad dancing ensues*

*we just got a package, we just got a package, we just got a package...*

*...wonder what's inside?*

Look at it. Just look at it! A wondrous thing of beauty and mystery.
My sweet sweet package.

And there it is!

The colour! The pattern!
The whole thing in all it's glory!
*fuwahhhh*
*gets blinded by shining light*

...and look! It even has a built-in petti!
oh the glorious poof it shall have!

On closer look, it's still as fabulous.
*shines*

On a side note: I finally have the coveted BODYLINE bag! Well, not coveted, really. But it's one of the brands that I've wanted to get things from for so long. And to finally have this symbolic, albeit plastic, bag...
*dissolves into hysterics*

*passed out from sheer excitement*
x_x

P.S.>> *wakes up* I'm so in love with zutara right now, it hurts. *falls back*

My Bodyline skirt is here! Well, not here, here. But at the batch organizer's house. yay! uhuh. *does weird shimmy* It's part of my special surprise thing I'm doing!

I'm so excited! Can't wait for Saturday. : D

I've not been really blogging the past few days. Feel so lazy and lethargic. And I'm not studying either. Damn. How am I supposed to go on like this?

I'm supposed to be studying Retail Management right now. Oh God. And I haven't touched a thing.

What I find absolutely ridiculous is the rejection of help.
Wait, no. Already helping people, and the person absolutely being ungrateful. Mad at you, even. Just cause you helped them and made their life a lil' easier.

Ridiculous, right?
Tell me about it.

I just came back from Giant. I helped her by taking a few not that heavy plastic bags from her, and she demanded I give it to her. I said no. Well, I wanted to help carry the heavier stuff. Then she kept pulling at it and insisting I hand it over. I still refused, being the stubborn mule that I was. But why should she be angry?

I just wanted to help. She didn't have to carry anything. I was just thinking that she would have her hands aching, since she always carries heavy stuff anyways and complaining of body ache.

I suspected it was more out of pride than anything.

But the real clincher was that she said...
"Haiyah! Kalau macam gini, next time, tak nak bawak Kakak lah."
If it's like this, I won't bring you next time.

the mama say whut?

I was so dumbfounded and insulted, I just stormed off. Brisk walking as fast as I could with the bags.

Man, this is what you get for helping people.
sheesh.

Well, I did it. But I only shortened it by about, what? 5 cm only?

I am such a coward.

Btw, I just finished watching the ep. of House, where the girl had insomnia for 10 days, liver failure and a severe case of the Black Plague. oh the pain.

I realise just how precious friends can be.

It's not a bombshell revelation. Just a more subtle (yet still hard) knock on the head.

For example, the day before Valentine's Day. It was quite fun both giving and receiving things from people. Makes you feel treasured. haha. Plus, I like to surprise people anyways. But mine wasn't much of a surprise since they gave me their gifts first. Aww, man. Beat me to the punch. But hey, it's the thought that counts, right?

Thanks to Zuu for the Skittles. (I like saying skittles...skit-tles XD)
Thanks Valencia for the Ferrero Rocher.
(I also like saying Ferrero Rocher, with a French accent..haha!)
Thanks Jennifer, Ghim Lee and Rachel for the chocolates!

Special thanks to Nad for making my day today. It's okay. I'm not sad. I'm just too overwhelmed. But now I know I have great friends like you always. :D you almost made me cry. lol.

I also met Nithya today. It was kinda bittersweet. Partly because it was a little awkward after not meeting for so long, and partly because it felt so good to have our old antics back again. I became "evil" again. I gave her my V'day gift, which wasn't really much if a gift. Just a Crunchie and a handmade card. Which I think inspired her to buy something for me as well, though I think the gesture was more of a habit. She like to buy things for people just cause she feels like buying things for someone. lols. *_* But that reminds me of how she is, ever since last time also.

Ah, the good old days.
I usually refuse of course. Even just now. haha. Just ask Nithya. So cute lah she.
I also bought her a necklace at the same shop. One with a little dog, that I said I hoped would be a good luck charm in her life and love. And a protector, of sorts.

P.S> I love the necklace she gave me, and I will treasure it always. <3

I left after about an hour with her. After all, it was V'day and she was with her bf.

Which brings me to the point, I always feel like a third wheel. Inevitably, I always end up in these kinda situations with friends. sigh.
So I usually try and wriggle my way out to let them have some alone time. That's why I don't feel comfortable around couples.
Cos' I then feel like an extra. It's not that I don't like them, just that there's some sort of weird awkwardness.

But no matter. Just think of it as an experience.

Muna, the Love Guru.
Coming your way.

Sometimes I feel like such an outsider. But these days, I feel more exceptionally so. Like I'm detached from the world.

Great. Now I sound like a drug addict.

But really, I don't feel like I belong anywhere. I'm like a butterfly, flitting from one group of people to the next. Like I have no fixed "home". No offense to my dear friends, but you guys each have your own groups and cliques or whatnot, and I'm just someone who hangs around. I admit, it's my fault too, for not involving myself if I really wanted to join in. But it's just not the same you know?

You guys all have your inside jokes, funny moment and are so comfortable with each other. Cos' you see each other everyday, almost every lesson. If I wanted to say that I can really hang with NMLZ like the good old times, I can't. We're all separated. Linn has her own friends in BIO. Nad and Zuu have their own friends too.

Well, it's not like I don't have friends. Just that I don't really hang around that much with a particular group always. I flit.

I think I'm somewhat of a loner. But then again, I know when there is that uncomfortable awkward silence, where I know that I do not belong. Like I'm a third wheel. (why am I ALWAYS the third wheel?) Without me there, I guess the group would have just had a riot (in a talking, having fun sort of way..not an actual riot).

Sometimes, I just wander off on my own and do my own thing. Trust me, it isn't all that bad, just lonely. haha. lone-ly. Can I even call it that?

And why am I even complaining? I guess I'm that vain, petty and shallow.
Figures.

I can never do things right. As usual.
At the very least, I'm learning to take things in stride.
Happy face. ;)

So to all my friends.
Do not worry,
it's not so much your fault as it is mine.
I'm a universal weirdo anyways.

I have to live up to my name somehow.

I've been so "busy" that I didn't have time to blog about the SPS 6A class reunion.

And I still don't feel like blogging about it. I just erased a whole paragraph about what I wanted to say cos' it just didn't capture the feelings. So I'll just let the pictures do the talking.

K?

I'm guessing you all must be curious as to what was in my F21 package.

So scroll down then.

My items are here! yay! They look as nice in person as they look on the website.
Even better.
Cos' now I get to touch em'.
haha. ;D

Vintage Stone Cuff
I can only wear this near my elbow, cos my wrist is too small and my bicep too fat.
I fails.

But the sideview is pretty nice. I think the design looks very steampunk-ish.
I like~~

And my Plaid Cross Pin!
I really like this cos' it looks like a cool medal.

End of show.

Damn. I'm so embarassed I can't even think straight.

I almost fainted on the bus. How embarassing is that? I was one step away from keeling over if I hadn't squatted down.

Because I was so confident so I decided not to sit down today. (If I sit down, I will eventually just sleep instead of revising MBio... :p) So I stood at one corner near the windows. Everything was fine and dandy until karma hit me.

I was standing and revising my MBio, when this woman stood in front of me. I mean, I don't really mind people standing next to me. It is a public bus after all. But she stood very close. I get pissed when people keep standing right next to you, invading your space when they don't really have to. So I was revising, all the way cursing her inwardly about how she just couldn't stand further.

About 3/4 of the way (the bus was already in Tamp), I felt abit weird. I thought maybe I was having a headache so I drank water from my bottle. (Cos' I thought, headaches are caused by low blood to the brain, so a little water might increase my BP...)

I felt a little better after that, but it came back with a vengeance. My eye started twitching. I was hoping that it wouldn't continue, and thinking along the lines of "Just a bit more can reach the interchange. Must tahan."

Then my eye started to twitch violently, a sure sign that I was in for it. There were no seats (this is a morning 969 bus, like duh) so I squatted. No choice. I felt like my head was going to explode. I even sat cross-legged after that cos it didn't seem to subside. I was breathing rather heavily at that point, and massaging my head.

Really, I think I looked rather crazy at that point. After what seemed like a few minutes, the lady in question asked me "Ke yi ma?". I nodded.

My dizziness had subsided by then. But I was already mortified. Damn.

I think this is karma.

I was cursing her inwardly and strangely she was the only one that asked me if I was okay. The rest just didn't bother.

Great. Just great.

Karma.

The next thing I know, I'll be like the guy in My Name is Earl and I'll have a freaking checklist.

I realise at this point that I have fainted (or almost fainted) quite a few times. 3 faints and 2 near faints including this one. And I now know that when I am going to faint, my eye will start to twitch and progressively twitch more violently/rapidly until I black out.

Great.

Sign me up for Nobel prize anyone?
